Greetings! LEARNING SHOULD BE JOYFUL AND FULFILLING! Education is blossoming a human being to their fullest. This process has to be in the form of a joyful learning experience. Children should be nurtured and trained in such a way that they become Happy, resilient and self-reliant individuals. The aim of education as NEP also elaborates is not only to provide knowledge, but also to develop well rounded individuals capable of rational thinking with attributes like discipline, courage, compassion, empathy and sound ethical and moral values. Be fiercely curious. Education should aim to create engaged, creative thinkers who explore and widen their imagination beyond their immediate goals. The product should be a society with individuals who are healthy, knowledgeable, rational and contributing citizens for building an equitable, inclusive and plural society as envisaged by our constitution. I strongly believe, as guides, we should encourage children to strive in pursuit of knowledge not marks. To help them learn new things from their teachers, peer mates and surroundings. Children through educational programs should be provided with sufficient knowledge of the world around them. They should be prepared to act skillfully with confidence and power to communicate their point based on proper enquiry and reasoning. Strengthening their life skills and equipping them with 21st century skills of competency, collaboration and creativity through diverse teaching learning patterns and a student friendly atmosphere should be prioritized in every school. ‘Nothing worth having comes easy’ encapsulates the idea that achieving something worthwhile requires hard work and perseverance. Children should learn with all their mind and heart. The key to being successful is hard work, consistency and the right way. Every day is an opportunity to learn and grow. Schools are the medium to provide plethora of these opportunities to the students to develop capacities of social engagement like qualities of team work, cooperation and leadership along with aesthetic and cultural values as they acquire knowledge and confidence to live a healthy and autonomous life. The campus has large open area as well as appropriately planned building for Pre – Primary, Middle and Senior Wing, providing ample space for outdoor as well as indoor sports activities.
