Admission Process

Primus Public School, Sarjapur, Bangalore, offers admission from class nursery to class 12th. Provisional admission is given based on the payment of the registration fee. Here is the step-by-step guide:

  • Visit the school and meet the admission officer. Fill out the admission form with the details

    • Name of the Child

    • Date of Birth 

    • Gender

    • Grade in which admission is sought

    • Mother’s name with Email ID

    • Father’s name with Email ID


  • Now, the completed form needs to be submitted along with the required. (Refer to the documents required section)

  • Sit the grade-appropriate entrance test.

    • Grades 1–4: an entrance test is conducted (subject areas not separately specified on the school's page).

    • Grade 5: an admission test in English and Math.

    • Grades 6–9: an admission test in English, Math, and Science.

  • Once these formalities are done, candidates can move to the next step, which is an interview (depending on the grade opted), followed by the submission of the application fee. 

  • Note that for applicants outside Bengaluru, their seats can be blocked based on payment of the registration fee. 

  • Once the admission fee is submitted along with documents and all formalities, the seat gets confirmed for the student. 

  • The session starts on the first Monday of June every year.

  • Sibling Concession Policy: Through this scholarship, students can get up to a 10% scholarship. Note that it does not apply to the eldest child, and only students with two or more siblings are eligible; it also cannot be combined with other concessions/ scholarships. 

  • Mid-Term Admission Fee Policy: This scholarship can be granted to students enrolling mid-session except for Pre KG and Class 11th. Through this, the student can get a scholarship of up to 10% Tuition Fee concession + 3% one-time payment concession for students joining in August, while for students joining between December and March, the concession given is 50% Tuition fee concession with full term 1 fee waiver.

About Us

Primus Public School was established in Sept 1996 by three founders, and today it is one of the best schools in Sarjapur, Bangalore. Primus Public School, Sarjapur, follows an approach that is quite a mix of Western philosophies with the cultural richness of India. Hence, it teaches modern skills but is rooted in understanding the authentic basics and concepts. Today, the school has roughly 1200 students, offering admissions from nursery to class 12th in the ICSE and IGCSE boards. 


Since the school has both boards- National and International- it makes it very convenient for the students to switch within the same school in case of future goal changes. The programmes offered are: Integrated Kindergarten Programme, Primary School,  ICSE (Class 1st to 7th), IGCSE(Cambridge Board, Class 8th to 10th), with AS and A Level programmes, and a Primus PU College for post-schooling.
