This is one of the worst school I've worked with. The school staff pretends to be well educated but they don't even have the basic morals and ethics. The washrooms are pathetic literally stains all over and nobody cleans it. Children and the staff should somehow adjust because you are not allowed to question anything. The lady principle thinks that she can control everything by being over strict. I've never seen her smile even once. One of the kindergarten class is next to a drainage system. Mosquitos all over and still they don't care. Only during the PTM they slowly shift the class so that parents don't notice this pathetic condition. Teachers are treated like bonded labourers here. First thing they take all our original documents and threaten us if we leave the job. The entire management acts very rude. They have absolutely no values and morals. This school is entirely to mint money but nothing else. I was infected with severe UTI after using this washroom. I worked here only for 2 months. I couldn't tolerate any more with this kind of work culture.
