Jnana Vijnana Vidyapeetha

Founded in 2000, Jnana VijnanaVidhyapeetha (JVVP) is nestled in the quiet neighborhood of Padmanabhanagar in South Bangalore. The 1.5-acre campus is designed to provide children with an academic setting that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. The students take great pride in their school, which is reflected in their desire to learn and succeed. The motivated student body, expert teaching staff, sound philosophy, and state-of-the-art facilities are the reasons why JVVP is a good educational opportunity that parents explore for their children. JVVP prides itself of a very healthy student teacher ratio (1:15) and this allows for personal attention to all the wards with their teachers making it a safe environment. All the staff at JVVP undergo a rigorous training process and come on board only after stringent background checks are carried out. The school seeks to develop the full potential of each child to be an active, intelligent, creative and contributing member of the society of the 21st century. Started by the visionary Shri CM Goenka, fondly known as Bapuji with the sole purpose ofmoulding every child with knowledge (JNANA) and a scientific spirit (VIJNANA). He believed that a child endowed with both Jnana and Vijnana would eventually make Bharat strong. At the school, strong values for family and native language is paramount. Apart from English, students are made to pursue their mother tongues so they are aware of the roots and culture of their respective heritages. We believe that, to be complete, families of our children must be involved with the process of education and to this end, we maintain effective and frequent oral and written communications and an "open door" policy. We believe that JVVP shares with the parents the responsibility for instilling positive values in our students.
