There are classes ranging from LKG to XII.The institution has constantly actively involved in many activities of various fields such as co-curricular sports, music, dance, debates, social, moral, and other human significant aspects, where the students have been rewarded with prizes/awards at the Zonal, State, and National levels. Jhabban Lal DAV Public School, Paschim Vihar's talents were expressed in the form of projects submitted by a few students on important themes such as "Effect of H2 S on cooling system," "Estimating the water content in cereal grains," and other topics, with cash prizes ranging from Rs. 1,000 to Rs. 5,000 awarded to them.There are 45 teaching staff members who are properly qualified and skilled in delivering individual attention to students and pushing them to pursue a successful future career.
Teachers are sent to various training programmes and seminars in order to equip themselves with the most up-to-date professional practises. In several programmes, students are chosen from reputable professional colleges and universities. The school now has around 1000 pupils enrolled. There are also 22 other staff members on hand to help. The school is led by a Principal who is both professionally qualified and experienced. The school has made significant progress under her strong leadership.
The most up-to-date technological equipment is introduced, along with the installation of a Multi Media system, to help pupils expand their knowledge.The school contains physics, chemistry, biology, home science, computer laboratories, as well as audio visual, dance, music, art and craft, and indoor gaming areas. It has a bookstore, a medical centre, and a canteen. Additionally, students have access to transportation. Eco Club, Kensho Club, Dramatics, Legal Literacy, Rotary Club, Maths Club, Science Club, G.K. & Heritage, Scouts & Guides, Yoga, Music, Literary, Cooking without fire, Computer Club, Art & Craft, Dance were among the clubs established by the school to provide a platform for students to hone their skills. A variety of House-based activities are also planned for the pupils' overall growth. Furthermore, the school organises public awareness activities such as marches and street plays.
