JES English School

Jogeshwari Education Society (JES) is one of the oldest, well renowned and greatly respected institution in Jogeshwari East. The institute was founded more than 87 years ago. As long back as in 1932, a few dedicated Saraswats sowed the seeds of education in a small residential house in Saraswati Baug.n the year 1953, Arvind Gandbhir School had acquired High School status and in 1956, First School Building was constructed with a generous donation by Mr. Balkrishna G. Gandbhir. In the year 1971, Arvind Gandbhir High School (AGHS) building was constructed at Caves Road, Opp. Jogeshwari East Railway Station and later in the year 1976, First Floor of the same building was constructed. In 2005, Second Floor of AGHS was constructed for serving the Higher Education needs. JES Junior College of Commerce & Science, managed by Jogeshwari Education Society was established in the year 2008-09 with the sole objective of creating teachers and students with noble and elevating quality. Our prestigious institution is an agent for dissemination of knowledge and culture and is an epitome of hopes and aspirations for numerous students for the past ten years. Today our institution takes pride in imparting high quality education, integrated with values and technology. Although the College run by the Society has a short history, the academic achievements of the students speak for the quality education imparted by the Institution. JES College of Commerce, Science & Information Technology managed by Jogeshwari Education Society was established in the year 2009-10 running B.Com, BMS, BSc.IT courses. Further in 2016-17 JES expanded further by starting BAF course with an enormous response from the student community.
