“Education is not a Job”. We realize that the noble mission of education is to help the child to obey the laws of life. Our task as educators is to help the child to utilize fully his natural energies and actualize perfectly all his developmental potentialities, which will help him / her to achieve greater independence and self respect. We direct out attention to the psychological and physical development of child rather than to his / her mistakes. We believe that our duty is not to force a child to obey a mere human but the laws of development which ultimately improve the innate discipline of the children. We are also very much watchful about favourable institutional environment which is a key factor for this mission. Let us then help the children to lay the foundation of really integrated life in themselves and let them be the explorers of their world.
