Florence Academy is aligned with the New Education Policy 2020. Along with regular classes, we have yoga, dance, abacus, cooking, gardening, and kung-fu classes inside the regular timetable. Thus, we believe in the holistic development of children, which can be provided through the curriculum beyond the textbooks. We have a small teacher student ratio as prescribed by the CBSE. This helps us concentrate on the development of each child. For us, each child is unique and possesses certain intelligences, as given by Howard Gardner in his theory of multiple intelligences. 21st century skills like creative thinking, critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making are the skills we impart to our students through various activities conducted so that our children are future-ready and will be productive in life. We also believe in discipline and values, which are important aspects of success. Our teachers are well qualified and trained to use the latest pedagogical approaches. They go through training organised by the CBSE to keep themselves updated and motivated. We have the infrastructure and pollution-free environment to help smooth teaching and learning process, along with activities. Our school has a well-maintained physics, chemistry, biology, and computer laboratory. Our library has books that are age-appropriate. We have an ERP for communication with parents to send H.W.
