A few minutes yoga and meditation during the day can be a great way to get rid of the stress that accumulates daily in both body and mind. Yoga postures , pranayama and meditation are effective techniques to release stress. Meditation is relaxation which gives calm mind , good concentration and rejuvenation of the body and mind. Students experienced a reduction in stress and anxiety levels after completing a six weeks yoga and meditation program . Result suggest that adopting a mindfulness practice as little as twice per week may reduce stress and anxiety in students .

An architect's delight, the auditorium, Sudarshan Hall, is equipped with the latest acoustical design, well placed and reflecting surfaces and sound amplification systems. This covered arena is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate 400 persons at a time.
