Sapphire International School, Crossings Republik, Ghaziabad Additional Fees Notes
- Payment: Fees are payable quarterly by the 10th of April, July, October & January.
- Waiver & Scholarship: A 10% sibling discount applies to the elder child (new admission only).
- Scholarships are awarded annually to recognise budding talents.
- Fees exclude Transport, Uniform, Books & Daycare.
- Daycare: The charges are applicable for 12 months.
- Transport: (charges applicable for 11 months) Transport withdrawal is not allowed in Q3 and Q4. One month’s notice is to be served for transport withdrawal in Q1 and Q2, and the new academic sessions or one month’s fees in lieu notice is to be deposited.
- Transport fees may change due to fuel price hike.
- Withdrawal: In case of transfer or withdrawal from school for any reason, the school should be given one month’s notice or a one-month fee should be deposited in lieu thereof.
- TC & Security Refund: Transfer certificate and security deposit refunds will be issued only after clearing all dues. A refund of the security deposit can be collected within a month of withdrawal on producing the original receipt received at the time of admission.
- Other Policies: The Settlement will be done as per DFRC guidelines.
- The composite fee for the session 2025-26 has been raised by 5% in accordance with the U.P. Fee Regulation Act.

Satisfied with my decision to choose Sapphire for my son.Teachers are well-trained & polite,they are always available whenever needed.Curriculum is good.Sports & other activities are excellent,with specialized coaches for their respective fields.There are many activities conducted regularly,which provide great exposure to my child. My child was previously studying at DPS, and I enrolled him in Sapphire Crossings because I felt he needed more exposure and opportunities for overall development. A child who became unwell during class was allegedly made to clean own vomit on floor and desk in front of classmates, resulting in humiliation and emotional distress. Instead of receiving immediate support, the student was left unattended and without a change of clothes, parents were not at all informed, and remained in an unhygienic condition for an extended period. Equally concerning is the school's response after the incident. Initial denials and contradictory explanations from teacher.
