- Tests/unit tests are a regular feature and attendance for these is compulsory. Promotion is granted on the basis of the year's work, together with the final examination. No further examination will be held, the result being final.
- The students are promoted on the basis of regular academic performance in the class, as assessed throughout the year. A student who fails twice in the same class will not be permitted to continue her studies in the school.
- On the days when tests/unit tests are held, attendance for the FULL DAY is essential. Students will NOT be permitted to just do the test/unit test and return home, even if unwell.
- Special arrangements cannot be made for pupils who for any reason whatsoever, are absent from the test/unit test/main examination. No retest / re-exam / assignment will be conducted for absentees.
- A student who uses unfair means during test / unit test / examination will be given zero in that subject. Repetition of the same will result in stern action.
- Students are not permitted to take study leave before test / unit test / examination.
- Parent-Teacher Meetings are held periodically to assess the performance of the students. Should a parent desire to meet a teacher at any other time he / she may do so, by appointment. A teacher is also free to send for a parent in connection with the progress of a child, should she feel the need to do so.

Our Pope Francis – the leader of the Catholic church declared this year 2016 as ‘Jubilee year of mercy’. Let us consciously make an effort to think kind thoughts, have kind feelings and speak kind words. - A month's notice must be given in writing by parents or guardians before the student is withdrawn, otherwise the fees for the current month will be charged. No Transfer Certificate will be issued until all fees due to the school are paid. The application form for a transfer certificate is printed in the diary. The certificate will be issued 3 days after receipt of the application.
