Marigold Public School was launched by Mr (Late) Prem Nath Datta, retired self-defense personnel, as a tiny nursery and kindergarten school, right at his home. Today, the school in Noida, with a full-fledged campus, represents a dynamic educational movement.
Marigold Public School is now run by "ALL INDIA MARIGOLD CHILD WELFARE EDUCATION SOCIETY" in New Delhi. The society is registered under the Societies Act, and its members include educators and well-known people.
