ENTRANCE

All the parents who have registered their children will be informed about the interaction through an email.
For classes Nursery, LKG and UKG an interaction will be conducted offline.
For classes I to XII. All details related to the admission test, schedule and syllabus etc. will be shared through email.

SELECTION

Only the selected candidates will receive an email regarding the grant of admission/ their selection and further process.
The school reserves the right to grant/reject any admission application wihout assigning any reason.

ADMISSION

For Classes Nursery, LKG & UKG

A brief interaction of the child with the teachers, followed by an interaction of the parents with the Principal.
Date, time and venue will be shared 2-3 days before the interaction.
A hard copy of the registration form (duly filled) is required on the day of interaction.
Communication of the result to the parents through an email, if the selection is approved.
Admission formalities to be fulfilled within 3 days of selection.
Submission of admission form, important document and fees will complete the admission process.

For Classes I to XII

Syllabus for the written exam will be sent for preparation through an email along with the intimation of the test date.
Interaction of the parents and the child with the Principal, in case the student qualifies in the written exam.
An email communication shall be sent to the parents if the selection is approved.
Admission formalities to be fulfilled by the parents in the event of selection.
Submission of admission form, important documents and fees will complete the admission process.

NOTE:-

In case you fail to take admission on the date specified, the vacancy will be offered to the next candidate. The decision of the school with regard to the admission will be final and binding.
Admission of the students is done purely on Merit basis.

SCHOLASTIC AWARDS AND RECOGNITION

A. PROFICIENCY CERTIFICATE: Proficiency Certificate shall be awarded to students of Classes IV and V for Excellence in Academics on the basis of following parameters:

Certificate of Appreciation: Certificate of Appreciation shall be awarded to students of Classes Nursery to III for various competitions and events.
The highest score in the subjects (English/Hindi/Maths/Science/Social Science/Computer Science and 3rd Language).
The highest score should not be less than 90%.
The students shall not have less than 75% attendnace.
The students should not be involved in any in-disciplinary activities or been issued a yellow card.

ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE AWARD

B. SCHOLAR BADGE AND SCHOLAR BLAZER: Schloar Badge shall be awarded to students for Classes VI-XII as per the following criteria:

Scholar Badge and Blazer: Score 90% and above in aggregate.
Should not have less than 75% attendance.
The students should not be involved in any in-disciplinary activities or been issued a yellow card.
Scholar Blazer will be awarded to students who have been awarded three Scholar Badges consecutively (from Class-VI onwards).

Subject Prizes: Special prizes will be awarded to the child who obtains the highest marks in the class in each of the following subjects. English, Mathematics, General Science, Social Studies, IIIrd language, Hindi and Computer.

Prizes for outstanding performances are given in the following categories: • ART • DANCE • MUSIC

Scholar Badge: The criteria for the award of Scholar Badge shall be followed as mentioned below:

PSRNE recognises and acknowledges the effort of meritorious students for their academic excellence by awarding them academic scholarship.

ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIP

Students who have scored 100% in Class X Board Examination, under CBSE/ICSE/IGCSE school will be given 100% fee waiver in the School Tuition Fee of Class XI & XII.
Students scoring 95.5% to 99.9% aggregate in Class-X Board Examination 2024 will be given 75% fee waiver in the Tuition Fee of Class- XI & XII.
Students scoring 90% to 95.4% aggregate in Class-X Board Examination 2024 will be given 50% fee waiver in the School Tuition Fee of Class- XI & XII.
The Scholarship entitlement shall be calculated on the scores of five main subjects (NOT on the basis of best of five subjects). Score achieved in Optional Subjects in Class X Board Examination shall not be considered on the aggregate for Academic Scholarship (XI-XII).
The Scholarship in Class XII (2025-26) shall continue only if the child secures 80% and above in aggregate in Class XI Annual Examination (2024-25) in five main subjects.

Note: Students eligible for fee waiver must apply with 30 days of declaration of class X Board result. No application will be accepted beyond the said period.

SPORTS SCHOLARSHIP

Taking part in sports is important for children as it reduces stress, increases fitness of body & mind, fosters sportsmanship, instills discipline, boosts self-confidence and encourages collaborative work and cooperation. The students of the school have made us proud, time and again by bagging laurels in numerous Sporting events at the International, National and State Levels. You will be glad to know that in order to encourage our Sports-stars further and motivate them to scale new heights, the School has decided to offer Sports Scholarships to these young achievers from the Session 2022-23 onwards.

C	A school team reaching at the finals of National Level tournament recognized by Federations/Indian Olympic Association / CBSE National/School National (SGFI)/Khelo India National.	Each team member shall be entitled for 25% concession in the Tuition Fees.
D	A student who has been awarded Gold Medal at the National Level Competition in any game recognized by the Federations/CBSE National/School National (SGFI)/Khelo India National.	100% Tuition fee for a period of one Academic Year.
E	A student who has been awarded Silver Medal at the National Level Competition in any game recognized by the Federations/ CBSE National/School National (SGFI)/Khelo India National.	50% Tuition fee for a period of one Academic Year.
F	A student who has been awarded Bronze Medal at the National Level Competition in any game recognized by the Federations/ CBSE National/School National (SGFI)/Khelo India National.	25% Tuition fee for a period of one Academic Year.

Note:-

The review year for the sports scholarship will be on the basis of previous year’s performance. Sports Scholarships for the session 2025-26 will be based on the result / achievement in session 2024-25. However, the school must receive the application for sports scholarship between 15^th March to 15^thApril 2025 for it to be applicable in the 2025-2026 session.
The Management reserves the right to grant/withdraw/withhold/stop the scholarship/ fee waiver of any student at any given point of time.

IMPORTANT

Student will be considered ONLY to avail ONE CATEGORY OF SCHOLARSHIP (whichever is higher).
A student will not be eligible for Academic Scholarship and Sports Scholarship, in the Academic Year, if:

The student has been found guilty of gross misconduct and/or has been issued two or more Yellow Cards.
The student has been suspended from school for any period of time.
The student has been found guilty of being involved in any defamatory activity against the school or in act of bringing disgrace to the school.
In case of any dues that are pending with the school accounts office, as per the school fee structure.
