Here is the breakdown of Aadya Academy – The World School's admission process:
As a progressive and non-selective school, Aadya Academy accepts applications from all nationalities for the 2023-2024 academic year.

Eligibility:

• Prep 1 (Nursery): 3+ years by June 1st
• Prep 2 (LKG): 4+ years by June 1st
• Prep 3 (UKG): 5+ years by June 1st
• Class 1 onwards: 6+ years

Admission Steps:

• Parents can download the application form or fill out the online inquiry form to receive a call from an academic counselor.
• Out-of-station applicants can complete admission formalities and entrance tests online.
• The Admissions Department is available to assist families relocating to Bangalore.

• After submitting the online inquiry, parents will be contacted with further information.

• A campus visit will be scheduled with an admissions counselor.

• During the campus visit, parents will receive an Admission Kit containing a folder, prospectus, application form, and transport form.

• Parents submit the completed application form with all required documents.

• Kindergarten admissions are based on teacher observations/interactions.
• Students applying for Grades 1 and above will take a Baseline Assessment Test covering the previous academic year's curriculum.

• Admission is confirmed upon payment of the registration and admission blocking amounts.

• A child enrollment number is generated, and a welcome email from the school will follow, containing details about transport, uniforms, contact information, and school policies.
• Orientation Day invitations are sent to families who enroll early in the academic year.

• Photocopy and original Birth Certificate
• Two recent color passport-size photographs of the student
• Copies of Aadhaar Cards for the child and both parents
• Proof of residence (self-attested copy of Electoral card/Driving License/Passport/Electricity Bill, with originals for verification)
• Medical certificate (for any major ailment/allergy)
• Proof of previous class (Transfer Certificate/Study Certificate/Report Card, except for Pre-KG)
• Photocopy of child’s passport with valid visa (for foreign students and NRIs)
