Address proof for Nursery admission.

I am seeking nursery admission in Schools located in Dwarka Delhi. I will be shifting to a flat in Dwarka in Feb 2022 thus dont have any address proof such as Adhaar card, voter ID Card. As I will be shifting to society so I dont have any MTNL, BSES or water bill. I do have IGL bill on my name, monthly society maintenance reciept and letter from society that I have a flat in the society and registration documents for my flat. Can I use any of these documents as address proof for nursery admission?
