Pizzas are an all-time favourite for kids and often for grown-ups as well. However tasty and mouth-watering it might be, this Italian delicacy is not a very healthy dish to be named and consumed as a favourite. 

But but but, getting our kids to swerve away from eating pizza is not an easy task. So what do we do? The answer is simple, we transform unhealthy pizzas into healthy, tasty and easy-to-make recipes with a lot of goodness. 

You might have come across many recipes where people add healthy toppings to pizzas to make them healthy. That's what we are going to do but in a mini form.

Ingredients Quantity
Bell Peppers 4 no.s
Olive Oil 1 tsp
Pizza Sauce 1/2 cup
Mozzarella 2 cups
Parmesan 2 cups
Mini Pepperoni 1/3 cups
Chopped Parsley 1 tbsp
Kosher Salt accordingly
Black Pepper accordingly


Recipe-

  • To begin with, make sure that your oven is preheated to 350°C.
  • Cut the bell peppers into halves and drizzle them with olive oil. Follow with seasoning them with some salt and pepper. 
  • Next, take a spoon full of pizza sauce and scoop it into one of the bell pepper halves. Follow with scooping the sauce into the other halves as well. 
  • Sprinkle the bell peppers with mozzarella and parmesan. Top it all off with some pepperoni. 
  • Now slice them into the oven and bake them for 10-15 minutes until they turn crisp-tender and the cheese starts melting. 
  • Once they are done, garnish with some parsley to make the mini pizzas look more tempting. 

There, you now have your own healthy, tasty- and the best- mini pizzas to binge on with the kids.
