Our institution is led by our Principal, Dr. Amruta Prabhu. A distinguished educationist with over 31 years of experience, she has taught and mentored students in prestigious CBSE schools across India and is currently based in Pune.
She holds a PhD in Inclusive Education, MA in English, M.Ed and is NET qualified. With 17 years in school administration and serving as a CBSE Master Trainer for COE Pune since 2018, she specializes in modern pedagogies and teacher development. Regularly attends and presents at educational conferences to stay updated on the latest trends and research in education, ensuring her school remains at the forefront of innovation. Through her forward-thinking initiatives, she aims to equip students with the skills and mindset needed to navigate and succeed in the future.
Among her many accomplishments are the outstanding achievement award for the school from the Science Olympiad Foundation, lead organizer of National Level CBSE Inter School Science exhibition and a certified master trainer by CBSE for training English teachers of High School.
She is a MIE educator expert under Microsoft Program for 4 consecutive years since 2020-24 and has motivated all The HDFC School educators to procure the prestigious MIE badges.
