- School fees must be paid in advance on a monthly or quarterly basis (mandatory).
- Monthly fees must be paid by the 10th of every month; quarterly fees by the 10th of April, July, October, and January.
- Defaulters (those not paying regularly) must clear dues and deposit the last quarter’s fee (Jan–Mar) by 20th January.
- If fees remain unpaid after 20th January, the student’s name will be struck off the school rolls.
- Re-admission will only be granted after full payment of dues, and the Transfer Certificate will mention default details.
- For Classes X and XII, January–March fees must be paid together by 20th January.
- Fees must be paid via cheque, debit/credit card, or online through the school website — no cash accepted.
- Online transactions may include applicable bank charges.
- Cheques should be drawn in favour of “Somerville School, Vasundhara Enclave” with student details written on the back.
- If a cheque is dishonoured, payment must be made via Demand Draft + ₹300 bank charges; dishonouring cheques is a criminal offence.
- Annual and Development Fees can be paid in two instalments — April and October.
- Late fee of ₹200 will be charged if fees are not paid within the due month.
- If still unpaid by month-end, the student’s name will be struck off; re-admission will require payment of ₹2,000 fine + ₹200 re-admission fee.
- No tuition or bus fee refunds — even if the student attends only one day after payment.
- Annual and Development Fees are refundable proportionately based on attendance.
- Bus fees are charged for 11 months; one month’s notice or payment in lieu is required to discontinue the bus facility.
- Tuition fee certificates are issued only in March, after clearing all dues, on written request, between 2:00–3:00 PM.
