Swimming is a fun exercise. It stimulates the body and brain. Knowing swimming properly makes it an exciting water sport. Aqua aerobics, a new concept, through which one can tone, shape the body. Its a cure for common diseases as well.

Exposure of children to books in their early stages helps develop imagination and creative thinking, i.e. the right side of the brain, whereas, puzzles, brain teasers, blocks, etc. used in activity develops logical and analytical ability, i.e. the left side. Whole brain thinking and learning is the approach followed in school. It helps realize a child's full potential and unleashes his genius instincts.
