Sports is an essential part of the school’s curriculum, as ‘a sound mind resides in a sound body’. Therefore, due importance is given to physical wellbeing. We strongly propound a vigorous sports programme in the campus. The school has a large playground with lush grass, used for Football, Cricket, Track and field events and Kho-Kho. Besides this, there is a well equipped air conditioned table tennis room for the students to play. Indoor activities like yoga , chess,carom are part and parcel of our curriculam. The dedicated trainers and sports faculty of the school strive to train students for various activities through hard-work, zeal, team-work, resilience and sportsmanship.

The school library is a welcoming place for study and reading. The library encourages the love of reading and development of student’s independent learning skills. Our endeavour is to inculcate the habit of reading in the growing children so that they learn to go beyond the curriculum. Open Sky has a well established library which is an integral part of the school. It is managed by a well qualified librarian. It provides a stimulating, user friendly and information rich environment. It has a vast collection of fiction and non-fiction books. It has a wide variety of books on art and craft, travel, drama, poetry, philosophy, competitions. A wide range of encyclopedia and reference books, for the recreational and curriculum needs of students and as well as teachers are also. Teacher Resource Section of the library is regularly upgraded and updated for the teachers. It also has a wide range of regularly updated CBSE and NCERT publications as well. Library periods are slotted for classes and the students are helped in selecting useful books by their teachers and the librarian.

Smart Class is a path breaking revolution that has transformed the way teaching and learning happens in classrooms. Smart class enabled rooms provide tools and content mapped to the curriculum for interactive self-paced learning by students, along with rich multimedia presentations for teacher-led classroom learning. The content repository consists of thousands of highly animated, lesson specific, 3D and 2D multimedia modules built with an instructor-led design that allows the teacher to effectively transact the lesson in a typical classroom of diverse set of learners. Educational videos help in providing further conceptual clarity. Each module presented is given a personalized touch by the teachers through the usage of the interactive board displaying the module.

School is well equipped with buses and provides transportation across the city . All buses are provided with guards/ conductors for safety and security of the children. Every bus has a female conductor also to escort the students. Each bus is equipped with a first aid box , a fire extinguisher and CCTV cameras . Every guard carries a mobile for constant communication with the school authorities. There is a teacher in charge allotted for each bus to take the attendance and escort students to the bus. All the routes are regularly monitored through GPS.

A spacious, well lit, air-conditioned health clinic and updated medicines with other facilities for emergencies. Qualified senior nursing officer on duty and 24*7 Ambulance is available for emergencies.

Biology Laboratory is well equipped with latest instruments like projection microscopes, slides, stains, forceps and needles required for performing experiments. There are also plants/animal specimens with lots of 3D models and charts.

Chemistry lab is well equipped with apparatus and is provided with individual connection to burner. There are racks according to the reagents and chemicals used during the experiments.

Computer Lab Students are provided with two well- equipped wifi Computer labs. The students get hands-on experience with the latest technology and software. LCD projectors are used for the demonstration, which assist students to have a better comprehension of the concept.Tablets are also issued to students for class projects.

Physics Lab Open Sky is equipped with a spacious and state of the art Physics Laboratory. The lab has the latest equipment so that students can take the experiments to a different level and explore new dimensions according to the latest CBSE guidelines.
