With the blessings of the Almighty God, we are successfully completing another academic year taking significant steps ahead, updating and uplifting the standard of education. We continue our journey towards excellence making our vision a reality with our motto "Love, knowledge and service". We hope to create more opportunities for children so that they may excel themselves both in academic and co-curricular activities.
Mary Immaculate School belongs to the registered society of the "Sisters of Mary Immaculate of Bishop Morrow", founded by Bishop Louis LaRavoire Morrow, Bishop of Krishnagar, West Bengal. We Sisters of Mary Immaculate, Chagalahatti Bagalur are present here from 15 August 1989 and come under Bangalore Province, having its headquarters at 88 Benson Cross Road, Bangalore-46.
Our Apostolic mission includes home visitation, village apostolate, healing ministry and education. Our Schools are to be educative communities through our loving presence and friendly relationship, says our Father Founder. Our vision and mission being our guiding philosophy propels us towards creating a meaningful future for our children.
The Covid-19 pandemic had forced educators to transform their lessons to Online versions. In a short span of time our teachers had to change to online teaching, requiring them to use various digital tools and resources and implement new approaches to teaching and learning. I am grateful to have such a wonderful team of teachers. They stood up and made the pandemic into a successful and fruitful academic year.
A genuine appreciation to all teaching and non-teaching staff for their contribution to the institute, in string to the next area of stability. The learning of learners and current trends of teaching and learning necessitates a regular updating of teachers. Our teachers, including me, constantly strived to stay updated by attending various virtual seminars, workshops and training programmes.
The footprints of every child who embark on the goodness of the vision of the school may instill in the heart and soul, a fabulous experience with unforgettable memories. We remain grateful to all the parents for reposing their unparalleled trust in us which propels us to march ahead with greater commitment and enthusiasm. We hope to move forward with our priorities, innovation in our educational programmes, intellectual ambition and globalization in education.
To conclude, this year, we all took more collective steps towards our vision and many more to go and it is certainly achievable with the help of God and our untiring efforts.
