In our highly interconnected and challenging world, FLHS aims in overall development of the students, intellectually as well as academically. We provide different opportunities to make learning more fun and enjoyable in terms of teaching same things in new ways.FLHS curriculum is thus designed with an attempt to move away from conventional methods of teaching and rote learning by removing the one-sided restrictions of the textbook with the help of latest technology to give a 360 degrees perspective of a known fact in any given subject. We aim on transforming the extreme stage fear into self-confidence by providing each child with diverse platforms to perform in public, and also to stand in front of an audience and speak dauntlessly. The focus is not only on just strengthening a student‘s knowledge regarding regular school subjects, but on teaching them to acquire life skills which helps in character building and personality development. Committed to preparing our students to become community and professional leaders in their chosen fields, we provide them with a rich array of opportunities to develop the confidence and team spirit which they can carry with them when they face the varied challenges of life. Using leadership skills, students become more focused and productive to achieve specific goals, and to enhance this quality we choose leaders such as president, vice-president, house captains amongst the students through voting. Competitive exams like FLTS i.e. Fairie Land Talent Search has been introduced to test the knowledge of our young minds and prepare them to compete with a plethora of students all striving to achieve the same thing. Academically we make sure every child is given proper care and coaching, and additional remedial classes are taken for students to help them with their learning. From the past few years, our SSC examination results have always been 100℅. The cent percent result is a feat, which we are very proud of. Education; if done right leaves a very strong impression in young minds. At FLHS, we take pride in creating an environment of excellence in our campus, so that the school becomes a second home for our children, encouraging them to learn more and more to achieve great results.
