Our School has a fleet of Air-conditioned buses. A teacher and helping staff accompanies the children in the bus which are fitted with GPS and cameras. All the buses are equipped with a medical kit for any emergency. In case of a delay due to unforeseen circumstances, parents are immediately informed through SMS. We provide school transport to all sectors of Greater Noida and nearby areas, throughout Noida and Noida Extension, Crossing Republik, etc.

Security of the children is one of our primary concern and therefore CCTV cameras have been installed at different points in the school to ensure safety of the child’.

Swimming is sometimes referred to as the perfect exercise. It not only improves muscle definition and builds core strength, it also builds bone mass and enhances lung performance.

Our robotics lab is a Activity Based Learning (ABL) laboratory comprising of basic robots which can be used in experiments by the students in a comfortable school environment. Children learn to assemble basic robots and systems with a detailed curriculum which enlists a description of a comprehensive set of STEM concepts for the students. The Lab has advanced set of building blocks which can be used as tools for building simulated real-world situations. The students can then carry out a variety of tasks which are defined for the robots and thus gain a very hands-on insight while doing such exercises. The curriculum also includes assessments which can be used by the teachers for evaluating the students’ practical skills and knowledge.

Apart from drawing and painting students are also encouraged to participate in other art and craft activities which include pottery, quilling, handmade paper, recycling of paper, cotton spinning, weaving etc. The arts and crafts rooms are well equipped to handle activities related to Indian traditions and culture. Students learn to appreciate art and playfully engage in colours and creativity.

The physics lab is an opportune place for students to apply the theoretical knowledge to real world settings. They take the hands-on approach to apply and note findings of experiments which enrich their knowledge. It develops interest and curiosity regarding the subject matter which enhances understanding of the textbook concepts. Students are motivated to take initiative, apply classroom learning in the laboratory and improve any inaccurate knowledge.

We have the latest equipment like microscopes and specimens for students to actively participate in exciting experiments. These classes bring biological concepts alive. Emphasis is laid on scientific thought and nurture curiosity. It helps in gaining in-depth knowledge about the various organisms through structured activities and independent research. Every class is a blend of interactive and impactful teaching experience which leaves students eager to learn further. The lab is a safe space to develop critical thinking and gain deeper understanding of the physical world.

Students learn to experiment with different chemicals and enhance their learning experience through practical approach. It helps them understand concepts clearly. The lab is equipped with appropriate measures for student safety during classes. They are made to wear cautionary gears for a secure learning experience. It enables them to connect real world use of chemical and their properties with theoretical descriptions. They learn how to handle the tools and obtain good findings.

The computer lab is a well-equipped space ready to facilitate practical learning and improve skills of students. We have latest systems which provide students with requisite knowledge of software and applications for designing, analysis and programming. The students get a friendly learning experience to grow their technical knowledge and skills.

As the students step into the lab premises they put on their literary hats and get immersed in the interactive learning experience. We use audio and visual aids to develop an environment to be conducive to acquisition of new languages, improve proficiency in already spoken languages and polish their communication skills. It is a dynamic atmosphere inside the classroom which ensures fluency in language through individual and group activities.

Perfect for young math wizards who like to have fun with numbers and equations, the lab is a space to obtain detailed understanding of concepts. Facilitated smoothly via shapes, models and technology the students explore complex problems in order to obtain clarity of concepts. They learn to navigate the practical obstacles in the application of these concepts. Through this, they engage in problem solving, reasoning and explore new solutions. It is highly beneficial for high performing students who may feel bored or unchallenged by the material taught in classroom.

At DWPS, knowledge is considered as vast and deep as the ocean. The library stands as a central pillar in this mission, nurturing young minds with enriching, empowering, and timeless books. Students from all classes regularly visit the library, where they not only read but also engage in meaningful discussions, write reviews, and participate in seminars on books and authors.

As a school, we believe that our children should be capable of doing everything. And this is why we keep on adding something new to our curriculum and take our children and school a notch higher every time. Keeping that in mind, we have recently set up an indoor shooting range where the children of Grades 5 to 8 are learning ‘Air Rifle’ and ‘Air Pistol’ shooting. Professionals from outside have been hired to teach them. Shooting is not just a sport or fun activity; it helps improve the upper body strength as well as focus. Also, it increases patience since it needs them to be calm and peaceful while aiming for the target. Besides, confidence is one major factor we want to inculcate and increase in every child because self-confidence is the foundation of all great success and achievement.
