- After payment, take out the print out of the form and paste the required photographs.
- It is compulsory for Father and Mother to sign the form in person.
- Submit the Application Form along with the other documents at the school reception and also get the original documents for verification to collect the receipt of submission.
- In case parents find any difficulty in filling the form, they can contact at the Reception in the school and get assistance.
- Original documents are to be produced at the time of admission for verification.
- The Application Form can be submitted on any working day from 8:30 am to 03:00 pm.

It was conceived by M.D. Education Society in the year 2009 with an integrated approach towards learning. It is a Senior Secondary School with classes Pre School to class XII with all the three streams: Science, Commerce and Humanities.
