Reliable Recipes: Spinach Oats Pancake

Do you want to entice your children to eat a healthy diet without upsetting them?
Each parent wants his or her child to eat green vegetables, but as we all know, most children dislike green vegetables. No worries here are an easy way to sneak green and make healthy pancakes. Pancakes are something that most children cannot resist. And these spinach pancakes are perfect for your kids because they are packed with lots of nutrients.

Ingredients Quantity
Rolled Oats 1/2 cup
Milk 1/4 cup
Spinach Handful
Ripe Banana 1 Medium
Egg 1 Whole
Baking Powder 1 Teaspoon
Vanilla Essence 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Pinch


  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend well till you achieve a fine runny batter.
  • Pour the batter into the greased pan and cover with a lid. - Cook for 3-4 minutes on low-medium heat. 
  • Flip carefully and cook the other side for about a minute. 
  • Repeat with the rest of the batter.
  • Top with banana, strawberries, blueberries and maple syrup.
