• Add to Cart: Once you create the child profile, click on "Add to Cart". You will then be directed to the cart after you click "OK". You may add more schools to your cart as per your preference.

• Purchase Form: Once you are done adding the schools, visit the cart and click on the Purchase Form button.
  
• Make Payment: Select your preferred payment gateway and make the necessary payment to purchase the form.
