Babies and children require sleep to grow and develop properly. Sleep is beneficial for the health and well-being of both the parent and child. And the child is more likely to grow, develop, and thrive when they are physically, emotionally, and mentally healthy.

Child health experts who speak with parents at childcare centers, child and family health centers, and hotlines will provide several strategies to help parents try it at home. To help children to get the required amount of rest, parents must primarily limit screen time, because the light emerging from the gadgets tends to keep the brain on high alert, averting the child from falling asleep, and impacting the release of melatonin, a hormone that makes parents feel tired.

Parents need to check in with their kids right now for sleep problems seriously. Work on setting up a sleep schedule as a start toward better sleep. Sleep problems can be a serious situation for infants and toddlers.
