Plum pudding is one of the many traditions of Christmas. Here's a recipe for you to make with your kids and enjoy your evenings.
Blend the fruits, citron, peel, spices, and edible fat and place in a bowl or jar. Add 1/4 cup Cognac, cowl tightly, and refrigerate for four days, adding 1/4 cup Cognac every day.
Soak the bread crumbs in milk. mix the well-beaten eggs and sugar. Mix with the fruit mixture. Add salt and blend completely. place the pudding in buttered bowls or tins, filling them with 2/3 full. Cowl with foil and tie it firmly. Steam for 6 to seven hours.

Uncover and place in 121 degrees celsius. oven for a half-hour. Add a splash of Cognac to every pudding, cowl with foil, and confine a cool place. To use, steam once more for 2 to a few hours and unmould. Sprinkle with sugar and add heated Cognac. Serve with sauce or Cognac sauce.
