1. Offline Access

Many software, such as Google, allow their users to use their apps without internet access. For example, Google docs, slides, sheets, and Drive can be accessed offline.
Google classroom also allows recording the lectures and watching them later without the internet by downloading them.

2. Hard Copies

Hard copies of learning material can be distributed to students who don't have internet access. Additionally, voice calls and texts can also be sent by teachers just after the class, to have an update of their everyday progress. Hence, in this way, students wouldn't face any kind of loss because of no internet accessibility.

3. Efforts

A little effort can be made via concerned authorities, such as the government can provide electronic devices, teachers can connect to them over calls, school administration can ensure that students are receiving the study material. These little efforts can actually benefit them.

4. Ed-tech companies to provide support

Ed-tech companies are also coming up with daily activities and challenges for underprivileged kids to help them in this pandemic.
