CGBSE issues important instructions for conducting Class 12 board exams

The CGBSE won't acknowledge answer sheets sent through post or courier. Students should actually present their answer sheets at the assigned exam centers. 

The Chhattisgarh Board Of Secondary Education (CGBSE) has released a series of guidelines linked to the conduct of class 12 board/professional/Dped examinations in the state. According to the notification, the exam centers have been coordinated to give question papers as well as answer sheets to all the class 12 examinees between June 1 to June 5. 

The notice further states that the centers need to gather the appropriate answer sheets and submit to the board between June 6 to June 10. 

In the event, if a student is contaminated with COVID-19 infection during the said period, an individual might be approved by the infected to gather their question paper alongside exam related details and proof of COVID infection. The approved individual can collect/submit the question papers and answer sheets by introducing the students admit card, evidence of covid infection, and a copy of Aadhaar card at the exam center. 

In a prior notification, CGBSE expressed that If a student is unable present the appropriate answer sheets within the specified time, he/she will be marked absent in the exam. The students will likewise need to mark their attendance while submitting the answer sheets.
