Vidhyashram International School is one of the best CBSE school in Jodhpur. It was a dream of Shri Vinay Kumar Jain, a prominent industrialist and philanthropist of Jodhpur; to establish a prestigious English medium school in Jodhpur. He believes that he has a responsibility to serve the larger interests of society, and establishing a premier institution for education is a small gesture of giving back to the society. The school was inaugurated by Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Honourable Shri Ashok Gehlot in the year 2002. It is run and administered under the guidance of the Basant Education Society. The year 2006 became a turning point, the school was rechristened from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan to Vidhyashram International School. It has now grown to a Senior Secondary School with more than 2500 students. The School caters to the needs of students from the whole country. It is affiliated to the CBSE Board with all three streams and lays a strong emphasis on our rich cultural heritage. Academics are an integral part of our educational curriculum as it enables its students to have the knowledge, skill and ambition to succeed and compete in the global market. Vidhyashram began its journey following the conventional approach approved by NCERT. As time progressed, the strength increased and the need for a bigger place was felt, which indicated that the school was on the progressive path. The school introduced various curriculums and retained the best policies which were at par with the global standards. It helps our students to not only become confident but also learn to balance their academics with other activities. We motivate our students to work harder and compete for better results, also self motivate themselves as it can become the stepping stone for real-life challenges. For a more effective and rewarding teaching-learning experience various initiatives like smart boards have been introduced in almost all the classes as visual learning makes the process enriching and fun-filled. Vidhyashram is one of the top schools of Jodhpur where we create an educational path for the students to tread on.
