Here’s the complete process of admission at HDFC School/ The Knowledge Habitat:
Step 1: Fill in the Expression of Interest (EOI): Verify your number through OTP and fill out the EOI form.
Step 2: Pay Registration Fee & Complete Application for Admission: Once the age criteria are met, proceed to pay registration fees and complete the application for admission.
Step 3: Interaction/Assessment: Proceed with your ward’s interaction/assessment at the school
Step 4: Application Status Update: The admission application status will be communicated to the parent by the counsellor.
Step 5: Pay the Admission Fee: Pay the fees, and then you are done.
Documents Required (Online & Offline)
The name and details of the student and parents on the form must match those on the identity proofs and supporting documents.
- Passport-size photographs of the child.
- Passport-size photographs of both father and mother.
- Child’s Birth Certificate, and/or Passport, and/or Aadhar card.
- Proof of residence (Aadhar Card / Electricity bill / Lease or Sale deed / Post-paid mobile bill / Passport / Bank statement).
- SEN child assessment report (if applicable).

- In case of transfer or withdrawal, parents need to submit a formal application to the principal, mentioning the reason for withdrawing the child.
- After receiving the application and the settlement of all dues, the TC would be issued within 30 days.

- Payable in the first week of February 2026: First Quarter Composite Fee, Transport Fee, and RFID Charges (if applicable)
- Meal charges are for 10 months, payable quarterly
- Fees are cost-adjusted annually
Exclusions
- Uniforms, books, and transport are not included. Additional charges apply for post-school activities, excursions, school trips, and other optional activities.
Refund Policy
- Only the Security Deposit is refundable upon the child leaving school or completing Class XII.
