Toxic management culture and unprofessional interview process. The committee members lack basic subject knowledge, which is reflected in the poor quality of panelists they bring in for interviews. We observed a high level of arrogance and favoritism during the interaction. The leadership is completely compromised by management interference, making it a frustrating place for anyone who values academic integrity. Education authorities need to investigate the lack of standards here.
