- In order to withdraw a student from the school, his/her parents/guardians are required to fill and submit the Transfer Certificate (T.C) form (available at the school's website/school gate) along with Rs.100/- and submit it to school's office at least one month in advance, failing which school may charge fee of the running quarter.
- A student leaving the school will be issued T.C. only after paying all the dues.The security deposit alone will be refunded.Those who leave the school in 3rd quarter(October) must pay the fee upto March.
- The school can ask a student to withdraw on academic or disciplinary grounds. This also includes submission of false information at the time of admission. In such cases, the decision of the Principal will be final and binding.
- Any incidence of misbehaviour with any member of the School staff, on the part of parents/guardians may lead to expulsion of wards from the school.

St. Thomas School Sahibabad had its humble beginning as part of the educational venture of the St. Thomas Orthodox Church Society, Ghaziabad, with a handful of students, within the premises of St. Thomas Church, Lajpat Nagar, Sahibabad, in the year 1986. Later, a plot was purchased for the school in 1988 and the fully constructed school building came into existence in 1992. In 1996, the school got affiliated to the C.B.S.E. Since then the institution has successfully maintained a good reputation with 100% result and a commendable number of distinctions in the C.B.S.E. Board Examinations and strives to excel more The president of the Society is His Holiness Baselios Marthoma Mathews III, the Catholicos of the East, and the Vice President is His Grace Dr.Youhanon Mar Demetrios, the Metropolitan of the Diocese of Delhi. The overall administration of the school is vested in the School Governing Body (an elected body constituted by the Society). At present Rev. Fr. Biju Daniel is the Chairman and Rev. Fr. Cherian Joseph is the Manager of the school. St. Thomas Schools are committed to the cause of nation building, by ensuring ethical, moral and aesthetic values in children.
