If one could control the age long tumult of the ocean in such a way that it would remain quiet like a child asleep, then that silent uproar could be compared to a library. Her language remains silent, the mighty waves still, The deathless luster of the human soul is here enchanted in black print in the prison house of paper. These views of Nobel laureate Gurudev Rabindra Nath Tagore reveal the universally acknowledged importance of library for learning. Learners of Rishi Public School experience it in Tagore Library of the school. It is an experience to see scholars of all classes regularly coming to the library and sitting with their attention lost in the books in calm and quiet reading room.
