We are delighted that you are considering King’s College UK, Gurugram, for your child’s education. The following steps outline our admissions process, guiding you from enquiry to enrolment.
Step 1: Enquiry and School Tour
To get started, please complete the Enquiry Form on our website and arrange a school tour at your convenience. We strongly encourage an in-person visit to experience our campus firsthand. However, for families residing abroad or unable to visit, we offer the option of a virtual meeting.
Step 2: Registration cum Admission
King’s College in Gurgaon is widely recognised among the top K12 schools in Gurgaon, combining British academic excellence with a holistic international curriculum.
Step 3: Assessment
Upon submission of the Registration cum Admission Form, along with the required documents and payment of the Registration Fee, your child will be invited to attend an assessment at the school. The assessment will take place as follows:
- Kindergarten to Class 4: Children will take part in a play-based interaction with the Primary Head, where their learning will be observed through educational games.
- Class 5 and above: Students will complete a 60-minute written assessment in English and Mathematics, followed by a meeting with the Headmaster.
The school will evaluate the assessment, and you will be notified by email regarding your child’s admission outcome.
Step 5: Admission Offer
In case of a positive result, you will receive an Offer of Admission along with the Admission Acceptance Form and the next steps.
Step 6: Acceptance and Final Steps
Once we receive the signed Acceptance of the Offer of Admission, we will contact you with the next steps, including details on completing the admission process and fee payment.
