Since its foundation in 1990, the school has aimed at providing sound education at reasonable expense to ensure good quality education is available to all. The school endeavors incessantly to prepare and develop students to become responsible citizens of India through an all-round academic, intellectual, physical, moral and spiritual development.

In recent times the society is becoming fragmented and intolerant. We steadfastly remain committed to upholding values, honesty and integrity. Along with lesson of humanity, tolerance is pro dominantly stressed upon. At our school we provide an environment for students to develop intellectual artistic and personal interest so as to contribute to the holistic growth of each student.

We continually respond to the changing social dynamics by incorporating lessons and projects to acclimatize our students to the same. It is our commitment to take concrete steps to propagate qualitative valve education in everyday life of our students who are the future of our nation. We inculcate a sense of pride in being Indian and a desire in each to contribute in any way for the growth of our country.
As Dr. Radhakrishnan said “Teachers not only guides individuals but also the destiny of nation.” We make all efforts to build a team of dedicated faculty who are sincerely devoted to the success of the students. The teachers play multiple role in the life of students. They, beside being academic instructors, coaches, advisors, mentors, friend fore ever edge the students to reach high level of understanding and achievement.

The school has majority of women staff who are trained to detect any sexual nature or harassment issues in the school premises. To ensure safety there are women staff in the toilets which are separate for girls and boys.
The school provides transport facility to help the student commute to the school. The staff are trained to watch out for any bullying issues in the school premises. The students are continuously provided counselling to keep the focused on positive activities. The school carries out various enriching activities like motivational sessions, mediation classes and talks by experts to keep the children updated with the developments in the various fields so that they can aspire to reach greater heights in their chosen field.

The school conducts various cultural activities during the academic session to cultivate a taste for music, dance and also help the student gain knowledge on various traditional arts of our country. There are ample opportunities for students to excel in various oratory skills and gain confidence and broaden their mind set.
The school ensures that students are well aware of how to handle emergency situation. There are mock drill conducted for fire or earthquake situation. The student are given basic first aid training so that they can be assistance in any such situation.

At “Ashirwad” we encourage independent learning and empower students to take responsibility for their actions. We encourage them to set high goals and pursue excellence in the field of their choice.
