How to make my child converse?

My "almost an adult" 18 years old has become a recluse. At first, we thought it's because she is busy in her studies, but in her free time too she tries to not get into any conversations, just watching Netflix on her laptop. How do I engage in a conversation with her?

There will be some sport or something which interests her more than Netflix. Try involving her in that activities.
Secondly, give her challenges to not do anything other than important work on phone or laptop for a day, and do something else fruitful, which will help her move away from any habits.
Try convincing her to talk to her best friends.
