Concerned about baby's hygiene

I really don't like the concept of diapers and kids sitting in their filth. But being working parents we are not available at times, what do we do?

So this is concern of many working parents. But there are diapers available in market which are quite comfortable for kids, you can use them. Or you can hire someone to take care of your child whole day. But if you think this won't work then you can consult the doctor as well.

The only way is to hire a nanny because children are willing to eat what they throw out
