Concerned about stomach worms

My 3-year-old son tries to lick dust and dirt from the doorknobs and we are worried that if this
continues he will develop stomach worms. Any ideas?

Yes it is not good, it can even create stone in child's stomach. It is very much important to keep kid away from all these things as much as possible.
One possible solution could be to give him something in hand everytime or tie his hand with a cotton cloth, so that he does not touch all these things.
