Provided, the final draft of ‘New Education Policy’ is approved, students will be able to take board exams twice a year as early as 2022. This is being done in order to reduce the pressure on students by reducing the ‘stakes’ the current examination pattern has. Also, to help students excel in the subjects of their choice.

The news has been taken in a good light by the former CBSE officials and while they are curious on how will such a humongous change come into action, they think it is a positive step towards better education.
