Maharashtra Result 2020: Education Dept. Directs Schools To Immediately Declare Results For Classes 1-9 And 11

Maharashtra School Education Department has directed all the state’s primary and secondary education officers and the schools of all Zilla Parishads to announce the results of classes 1-9 and 11 as soon as possible. The results could be declared on the websites of the schools or can be informed on the registered mobile phones of the parents or students.

The Brihanmumbai Association of Heads of Secondary and Higher Secondary Schools asked the education department to review its decision as it wasn't possible for all schools to prepare results because the academic records were in school premises and the teachers were not allowed to travel in the state. The president of the association was concerned about teachers being maltreated by the police in the state if they travelled to the schools.
