Growing up with working parents seems to have become the new norm. Being the fast-paced society that it is, it is no wonder to see both the parents working to give their best to their child. However, this work-life might sometimes take a toll on the parents. They might be feeling guilty of being so busy that they have to leave their child alone.

But we have come to your rescue. Here’s how you can spend time with your child despite your busy schedules.

Make it a priority to have at least one meal together, every day.

Spend time with your child after work. Ask them how their day went. Communicate.

Make weekend plans together. Indulge in activities that your child loves.

Stay on touch through calls. Check up on what they are doing or how they are feeling.

These are just some tips that can help you revert from the guilty feeling.

And remember, whatever you are doing, you are doing it all for your child.
