Haryana Schools To Reopen For Classes 1-9 From Feb 10

The Haryana government has decided to reopen schools for classes 1-9 starting from Feb 10.

Haryana Education Minister, Kanwar Pal while announcing this news further added that online classes will continue to take place to focus on preparation for the upcoming board exams.

"In Haryana schools will be opened for Classes 1 to 9 from February 10. COVID-19 appropriate behavior will be strictly followed in the classrooms. Parents who want to send their children to school can send them. Online classes will also continue." the Minister said on Twitter.

This comes after school was reopened for classes 10-12 from Feb 1. Haryana Health Minister Anil Vij however added that only students who have been vaccinated in the age group 15-18 will be allowed to attend classes.
