At Suraj School we have strived to make our admission process as simple as possible to ensure that all prospective parents enjoy a stress free application experience. A well-versed Admission team is always there to help you at each & every step of the Admission Process all the way from enquiry until your child joins the school
Step 1: Admission Enquiry:
You may submit the online enquiry form on our website, on Facebook or visit the school admissions office. Our counsellor will be happy to answer all your queries and share the required information.
Step 2: School Visit & Interaction
Parents & Guardians are welcome to visit the school campus to understand the vision and mission of the Institution. Please bring your ward for an admission test which would include a written test of 30 minutes (for class VI-IX) and formal interaction with faculty. For pre-primary and primary students we only have a small informal interaction with student.
Step 3: Registration
You may download the Registration cum admission form or collect it from the school office by paying Rs.1000 as Registration Fee. The Registration cum admission form should be filled in and signed by the Parent or Guardian. Filled form has to be submitted by email or at the school office along with other documents. Parents are requested to be honest in providing information in the application form. Registration fees once paid is non-refundable. Registration does not guarantee admission.

Step 4: Submission of admission form
Acceptance of Admission:

Students are admitted on first come first serve basis depending on availability of seats.

Selected candidates will be required to make the fee payment within 7 days of registration.

The school reserves the right to admission. In all matters pertaining to admission, the decision of the management will be final.

The parent needs to fill up the admission form and ensure all documents are in order. Kindly intimate the school in case your child requires some special assistance due to any health reasons.
Admission will only be confirmed on payment of the admission fee. The amount is not refundable. Once the Fee and documents are submitted, you will receive an Admission Confirmation from the school accounts department. Fee can be paid in cash, credit card, debit card, online or PAY TM for the convenience of the Parents.
- Parents will be intimated of the date and time of uniform & textbook issue.
- Your ward will be allotted the section and house on the day of admission.
- The time table and other curriculum related details will be shared by the Class Teacher on the first day of school.

Withdrawal Policy

A clear calendar months’ notice or a month’s fee in lieu of the notice is to be paid before a student is withdrawn.
In all cases, except at the end of the Grade 12, a calendar months’ notice must be given before a student is withdrawn. Failure to provide the requisite notice will result in payment (or become adjustable against any balance with the School) of Fees for the full succeeding month.
Those who leave the school in the month of May must in all cases pay the fee for the month of June.
TC will not be issued until all dues are settled.

‘Suraj School’ provides a Government approved safe, secure and child friendly transport system for students. The school has a fleet of AC and Non-AC buses catering to students upto 50-60 KM from each school area.

The transport staff including bus drivers and conductors are well trained and experienced. The school management take care of training sessions and medical check up for bus drivers and conductors with special emphasis on safety and security of children.

We provide new Government approved buses with experienced & trained staff for all the students. All school buses are equipped with CCTV and GPS. With the availability of seats, students can avail the school transport. Parents should consult the school transport in-charge for the necessary details.
