1. Exclusions: The Composite School Fee does not include the cost of uniforms, textbooks, annual camps,
off-campus sports/activities, external examinations, additional subject support, college applications, specialized
projects, insurance, visa, regional registration or other incidental expenses.
a. A refundable Contingency Deposit must be maintained at all times to cover incidental expenses:
b. New students have to deposit an additional INR 10,000 to cover initial expenses incurred at the time of joining.
2. Late Payment Policy: Late payments will incur a 2% monthly penalty on the outstanding dues.
Enrolments may be cancelled if payments are not received within 45 days of the ‘Pay by Date’.
3. Withdrawals: Withdrawals from the School or Residences are permitted only at the end of a semester
a. Withdrawal Notice Deadlines:
- End of Semester 1: Notice must be given by November 30th
- End of Academic Year: Notice must be given by April 30th
b. Late Withdrawal notices will incur a 'Notice Period Fee' equivalent to two instalments of the Composite
School Fee and Residences Fee (if applicable) for the following semester.
4. International Payments: Parents residing outside India must make payments in the equivalent amount in US
Dollars.
5. The Pathways World School Fee Structure is governed by the rules, policies, and terms and conditions outlined
in the Parent Student Handbook, subject to amendments by the school management at its sole discretion.
6. Online payments can be made using credit and debit cards, net banking or UPI at www.pws.edu.in/feepayment

Pathways World School, Sohna, Gurgaon Scholarship Opportunities
Scholarships are awarded based on merit cum need and are available to students in Grades 9 and 11 for a two-year academic period. The scholarships are reviewed annually and continuance in second year is contingent to continued meritorious performance of the awardee. The scholarships may cover 25%, 50% or 75%, of the annual composite school fee, depending on the assessed merit cum need of the applicant.
MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY CRITERION

Note:
The criterion mentioned above merely defines the ‘eligibility’ for applying for a Scholarship. Scholarships are limited in number and the decision of awarding a scholarship will be based on a series of processes, which may include additional assessment criterion. Scholarships are offered as a privilege and not as a right. School management’s decision regarding the same shall be final.
The Pathways Scholarship Program is a highly competitive program, and scholarships are awarded purely based on merit cum need. Students who are interested in applying for a scholarship program should complete the application form and submit all the required documents to be considered for review.
