- Parents are requested to be frank and honest in providing information in the admission application form. Don't hesitate to share any adverse scholastic or behavioral information about your child. Such information won't be used as a basis for rejection, instead, it will assist the school in creating a supportive environment for your child.
- For entry in Grade 10 and 12, we accept students from schools following the IB MYP & IB DP Curriculum receptively, based on their existing school reports, as well as an interaction and placement assessment.
- Our school tour acquaints parents and students with the School's vision and mission, the IB curriculum and the campus facilities including academic buildings, design and technology labs, cafeteria, residences, and sports facilities.
- Our counsellors are equipped to address any queries you may have regarding the admissions process, the curriculum, or the school.
- After the school visit, if the parent is keen to proceed, they are required to pay a one-time non-refundable registration fee and submit the necessary documents required.
- Prospective students in Grades 6 - 8 undergo an interactive session along with a written placement assessment to ascertain their proficiency in English and Mathematics. Grades 9 - 12 students are additionally evaluated in Integrated Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology).
- Our assessments are designed to evaluate a student's academic proficiency and identify areas where they may need additional support.
- We strive to make the interaction a comfortable and welcoming experience, led by our Admissions Team, School Director and respective School Principal. For students opting for boarding, an interaction is also scheduled with the Dean of Residences.
- Our focus is on learning about the student's educational progress, language proficiency, social and emotional quotient, academic passions, and extra-curricular interests.
- Upon receiving an admission offer, parents are required to secure their child's spot by paying the one-time Admission Fee and a Refundable Security Deposit within 3 days of acceptance.
- Once paid, parents are required to complete and submit several forms and declarations included with the admissions acceptance letter.

Pathways World School, Sohna, Gurgaon Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals from School and/or School Residences can only happen at the end of a semester. End of Semester 1 withdrawals should be intimated by 30th November and End of Year withdrawals should be intimated by 30th April. Withdrawal intimations after the said dates shall attract ‘Notice Period Fee’, equivalent to two instalments of the Composite School Fee and Residences Fee (if applicable) applicable for the student for the following semester.
Pathways World School, Sohna, Gurgaon Scholarship
Scholarships are awarded based on merit cum need and are available to students in Grades 9 and 11 for a two-year academic period. The scholarships are reviewed annually and continuance in second year is contingent to continued meritorious performance of the awardee. The scholarships may cover 25%, 50% or 75%, of the annual composite school fee, depending on the assessed merit cum need of the applicant.

The criterion mentioned above merely defines the ‘eligibility’ for applying for a Scholarship. Scholarships are limited in number and the decision of awarding a scholarship will be based on a series of processes, which may include additional assessment criterion. Scholarships are offered as a privilege and not as a right. School management’s decision regarding the same shall be final.
The Pathways Scholarship Program is a highly competitive program, and scholarships are awarded purely based on merit cum need. Students who are interested in applying for a scholarship program should complete the application form and submit all the required documents to be considered for review.
