Payment Schedule for Tuition Fees
Option 1: One-Time Payment
- Due Date: 15th April 2025
- Benefits:
- 3% rebate on Annual Tuition Fees
- 10% rebate on Sibling Concession (for the second and third child)
Option 2: Quarterly Payment
- 1st Installment (40%) – Due by 25th March 2025
- 2nd Installment (30%) – Due by 10th August 2025
- 3rd Installment (30%) – Due by 10th December 2025
Mid-Term Admission Policy
- If an admission application is submitted after the academic session has started in April, it will be considered a Mid-Term Admission.
- Fee Calculation:
- Fees will be calculated on a prorated basis considering 11 months of schooling.
- The month of joining will be considered as the Month of Joining.
- Fees from the Month of Joining to the next assigned installment date will be calculated by the Accounts Team and communicated to parents.
Admission Cancellation Policy
- If an admission is canceled after the academic session has started, the Month of Cancellation will be considered.
- Parents will be liable to pay fees for the number of months the child has attended the academic session on a prorated basis.
- OTA Fees will be applicable for all new admissions.
Grace Period for Fee Payment

Installment Payments:
- The due dates for the three installments (40%, 30%, 30%) will be specified grade-wise in the Fee Structure Document.
- A 10-day grace period will be granted after the due date.
- Parents will receive three reminders via message, phone call, or email.

Consequences of Non-Payment:
- Students with unpaid fees will not be allowed to sit for school or board exams.
- Internal examination results, reports, Transfer Certificates, or recommendations for future schools/colleges will not be issued.
- If the fee remains unpaid even after 10 days, the child's name will be removed from the school’s system and all services will stop immediately.
- If the fee is still unpaid, Caution Money will not be refundable.
- Payments made after the grace period will be considered as Re-Admission/New Admission, and an Admission Services Fee will be charged.

For Boarding Students:
- If tuition or boarding fees are unpaid, students must remain in boarding until the full payment is made.
- If fees remain unpaid beyond the grace period, Caution Money for Boarding will not be refundable.
Concession Policy
A. MIT Staff Concession (Excluding WPS School Alandi Staff)
- Registration Fees: No Concession
- Admission Fees: 100% Concession
- Tuition Fees:
- Staff Salary below ₹50,000 – 25% Concession
- Staff Salary above ₹50,000 – 20% Concession
- Caution Deposit: No Concession
B. MIT WPS Staff Concession
During Probation (1 Year) – Applicable to One Child Only
- Registration Fees: No Concession
- Admission Fees: No Concession
- Tuition Fees: No Concession
- Caution Deposit: No Concession
(After a mid-year performance audit, the principal may recommend a 50% tuition fee concession for one child, subject to written approval by the Director and ED. In special cases, a 100% waiver may be granted at the ED’s discretion.)
After Successful Completion of Probation
1st Child:
- Registration Fees: No Concession
- Admission Fees: No Concession
- Tuition Fees: 100% Concession
- Caution Deposit: No Concession
2nd Child:
- Registration Fees: No Concession
- Admission Fees: No Concession
- Tuition Fees: 50% Concession
- Caution Deposit: No Concession
For a 3rd child, the principal may submit a recommendation letter to the Director and ED for approval.
C. Sibling Concession (Parents)
- Registration Fees: No Concession
- Admission Fees: No Concession
- Tuition Fees: 10% Concession (for the second and third child)
- Caution Deposit: No Concession
D. Group Enquiry Concession (For Groups of 10+ Students)
- Registration Fees: No Concession
- Admission Fees: Maximum 33% Concession (minimum ₹20,100 to be collected on the same day)
- Tuition Fees: No Concession
- Caution Deposit: Waived
E. Concession for One-Time Full Fee Payment
- Registration Fees: No Concession
- Admission Fees: No Concession
- Tuition Fees: 3% Concession
- Caution Deposit: No Concession
(For special cases where a 5% concession is requested, a written application must be approved by the ED.)
Student Referral Policy
A. Staff Referrals
- For every 10 confirmed admissions through personal references, staff members will receive ₹5000.
- For each individual referral, staff members will receive ₹500.
- (Only applicable if the referred student was not already in the Admissions Team database.)
B. Preschool Referrals
- Preschools referring students will receive ₹1000 – ₹3000 per admission, depending on location and negotiation.
- The amount will be paid after the 1st installment is received for the respective grade and academic year.
(A corporate tie-up with preschools can be arranged, including campus visits, picnics, and cultural exposure. The principal has discretion over the referral amount.)
C. Parent Referrals
- Parents referring new students will receive a gift as a token of appreciation.
Fee Collection
- Fees must be paid only through My Class Board (MCB) Student Login or via Demand Draft (DD) in the name of the school.
