• A parent wishing to withdraw the child from the school must submit written application requesting for a TRANSFER/LEAVING CERTIFICATE at least one month in advance. If a student is withdrawn within first six (6) months (April to September) then the fees till September must be paid and if the student is withdrawn after September, then fees upto March will have to be paid.
• The transfer certificate will always be issued in accordance with progress report No TC will be issued with ‘Promotion Granted’ in the case of a pupil who has failed.
• The management acting through the Principal will request the withdrawal of a pupil who fails for two consecutive years in the same class.
• Out station Transfer Certificates are issued with the authorization of the East Zone Council office in kolkata.Such certificates may be issued on payment of Rs. 200/- (Two Hundred).

Lyceum English Medium School was founded by visionary power of Mr. Asit Kumar Roy, the Founder Secretary and Chairman on 14th February, 1994 with the aim of offering all round education.
