Books are a man’s best friend! At Karmel International School, we know the importance of instilling the love for books in students from an early age to glean the maximum benefit of it and make reading a pleasurable activity. Our well-stacked, air-conditioned and well-managed libraries are engineered to develop a love for reading among students. Apart from books, the latest magazines, periodicals and daily newspapers keep the library alive and updated. The impressive collection of books and reference materials are listed according to different age-groups and cater to the requirements of students of all classes.

Karmel International School has a resource centre which is fully equipped with highly qualified staff constituting of two School Counsellors and two Special Educators. The centre also includes assessment tools, teaching aids and assistive devices to provide multi-sensory remedial teaching to students who are diagnosed with a learning disability. Cognitive learning strategies are also taught to students that focus on comprehension and memory skills, organizational and study skills; and enhancement of written expression.

The biology lab in school provides hands-on learning opportunities for students to explore concepts like cellular structure, genetics, and ecology. Through experiments and observations, students gain practical skills and a deeper understanding of biological principles, fostering curiosity and critical thinking in the sciences.

In the physics lab at school, students engage in experiments to study laws of motion, electricity, magnetism, and more. They conduct hands-on activities like measuring velocity, analyzing circuits, and exploring forces, fostering a deeper understanding of fundamental principles in physics and honing their analytical and problem-solving skills.
